When we cannot help, we will tell you and may suggest another professional.

Estimates are free. They reflect what we can see and measure when we visit. If we uncover more damage, hidden moisture, or a different scope while working, the price and plan may change, and we will talk with you before proceeding with extra work. We start only after you approve the scope of work. For larger projects we may ask you to sign a written agreement stating the services, price, and payment terms.
No Promise of a Specific Outcome
Every building and every mold problem is different. We do not promise a particular result, completion date, or decision by your insurance company. This website does not promise that any material can be saved, or that mold will not return if moisture is not corrected. Any warranty, if one applies, will appear in your estimate or written agreement.
